What kind of support can you provide?
Our work covers executive support, operations and project coordination, so the scope is wide. The services listed on the site give a good overview, but the real value is flexibility. If you need help with something, we can likely take it on. If it sits outside our skill set, we can point you towards someone trusted who can. You can ask about anything and we will work it out together.
Is my information safe?
Yes. Protecting client information is a priority. We are registered with the ICO, which means we follow the data protection standards set out under UK legislation, including GDPR.
Every new client receives a privacy policy, and you are welcome to request a copy in advance if you would like to review it first.
We also have a long background working with sensitive information, so secure handling is part of how we operate. If we ever bring in additional support for a project, they sign an NDA before any details are shared.
Do you offer short-term support?
Yes. You can bring us in for a one-off task, short-term cover or a specific project. Support can scale up or down depending on what you need.
Do you offer in-person support?
Yes, Sarah can offer in-person assistance within 1.5 hours of BN15. These visits are arranged on an ad-hoc basis, and travel time and expenses are charged.
